NOTES FROM THE CREON - February 2025

Souls choose human incarnation for many reasons but the drive is to experience human life with its sense of separateness, its sense of free will and the creativity that goes with it. In other dimensions, while it is possible to describe a human activity for example riding a bike, you need a human body and a actual bicycle to experience this activity. Your planet is one of limitless experience and creativity.

With the desire for physical experience comes the sense of separateness that all humans feel, as ego is naturally incumbent within the human mind. Your planet is dualistic in design and it is meant to be that way so that the full range of experience is available. Without night there is no day, without heat there is no cold and so on. Ego is a vital part of human beingness as it upholds the sense of survivalism, but should not be confused with pride which is purely personal and indicates self-satisfaction and a belief in being better or more right than others in some way. While it is natural and right to have pride in some personal achievement, particularly a difficult one, a general attitude of self pride shows superiority and is a barrier to growth and the development of consciousness and awareness.

Awakening usually begins with a desire to understand the personal self “why am I like this?” and expands to “why is the world as it is?” and “what is God?” etc. It is through personal questioning that truth is sought – and revealed. Without questions there can be no answers even if you do not realise you are asking those questions. Awareness of your own thought patterns is essential to gain this understanding and is the springboard to the development of spiritual knowledge. The pursuit of spiritual awareness is the precursor to change and expansion in the understanding of life and its purposes.

Humans judge. It is what you learn to do from very early on. To question your judgement and seek a broader understanding is to expand your awareness of all that is within and around you, and to make you more aware of the flow of life without becoming evermore attached to the positions you hold.

The less time you spend caught up in your opinions and judgements the more free you become to experience pure awareness and Presence. The quieter your mind is, the more peaceful your experience of life becomes. It is not what you acquire that leads to enlightenment, it is what you let go of in your mind that leads to liberation.

You can’t change your mind by force but you can be the observer of what you think. Being overtaken by a stream of negative thought leads to a difficult emotional experience and it is in this state that you have the opportunity to step back for a moment and observe your own mind in action. This may not alter the circumstances that produced the thought in the first place, but it will take the intensity out of the experience and allow the understanding to come that who you truly are is not the sum total of your thoughts. Who you are is that which observes. It is the continuum that has witnessed every thought and every event over your current lifetime and exists constantly in the Present moment. While memory may judge a past experience as good or bad, Presence does not. There is no judgement except that which you place upon yourself. Things heal in the light of awareness. All souls are Beings of infinity and the idea of punishment and retribution in the afterlife is completely erroneous.

Contrary to human teaching you are not separate from Source and you are wholly loved by Source. There is no need to punish yourself or complicate your life in your thinking.

The linear mind is designed to support the actions of the body. Everything that has ever been invented in your world comes from someone’s thought. The mind is happiest when it is being creative in some way, and where the mind goes, the body follows.

February's message brings such comfort to me as my human self rails against the suffering and polarization that the world is experiencing at this current time.
